We want you to love your Lois Jeans. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn denim in its original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and hangtags remain securely attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
